• Leading periodic risk reviews and contingency planning initiatives.
• Managing working capital, debt, equity, and fundraising initiatives.
• Overseeing ROI tracking, Capex planning, and financial management of new projects.
• Coordinating quarterly internal audits and annual statutory audits.
• Leading the preparation and finalisation of Balance Sheets.
• Proven expertise in Finance functions across Manufacturing, Retail/FMCG, Hospitality, and Automobile sectors.
• Experience managing finance in national or multinational environments with over 15 years of leadership exposure.
