Kuku is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Content to lead the development and execution of innovative audio and microdrama content strategies. This role demands a creative leader with a deep understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and content production across various formats and languages. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the content strategy for audio and microdrama formats, ensuring alignment with Kuku’s brand and audience preferences. Lead a team of content creators, producers, and writers to produce high-quality, engaging content across multiple genres and languages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to optimize content performance and user engagement. Identify and integrate emerging storytelling techniques and technologies, such as generative AI, to enhance content creation and delivery. Establish partnerships with external creators and agencies to expand content offerings and reach. Monitor industry trends and audience insights to inform content development and strategy. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in content creation, with a focus on audio and/or microdrama formats. Proven track record of leading content teams and delivering successful content strategies. Strong understanding of regional content preferences and multilingual content production. Experience with AI-driven content creation tools and technologies is a plus.
