As the Vice President / Head of Client Partnerships & Account Growth, your role will involve super-scaling existing strategic accounts and driving aggressive growth across Europe, APAC, India, and the Middle East. You will be responsible for leading a geographically distributed team, owning growth targets for a $100M+ global account portfolio, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building C-level relationships, and championing the adoption of CRM and analytics tools for growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead, mentor, and inspire a geographically distributed team of Client Partners and Senior Account Managers. - Own aggressive growth targets for a $100M+ global account portfolio through rigorous, data-driven planning and execution. - Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities leveraging performance metrics and market intelligence. - Partner with various teams to co-create tailored solutions for scalable growth. - Build and nurture C-level relationships with key client stakeholders. - Define, track, and report on KPIs to the President and Executive Leadership Team. - Champion the adoption of CRM, analytics, and forecasting tools. - Mentor and develop top talent, fostering continuous learning and career progression. **Qualifications Required:** - 20+ years in strategic account management, sales leadership, or client partnership roles in IT Services, Consulting, SaaS, or Technology Solutions. - Proven track record of owning and growing account portfolios >$100M across multiple international geographies. - Experience managing remote, multi-cultural teams across Europe, APAC, and Middle East. - Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce, etc.) and analytics platforms. - Exceptional stakeholder management skills. - Exposure to delivery management and deep technology expertise is advantageous. - Willingness to be based in Chennai with regular travel (3040%) to client and regional locations. - Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
