With over 18 years of industry experience, the ideal candidate will lead the business through its next phase of expansion by optimizing operations, exploring new market opportunities, and managing high-performing teams across various functions . Roles & Responsibilitie s:Financial Manageme ntFull P&L responsibility for the PA busines s.Drive effective budget planning, cost control, and resource optimizatio n.Improve overall profitability and identify new revenue stream s.Strategic Opportuniti esDevelop and implement long-term strategies to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadershi p.Lead the organization’s overall strategic direction, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and industry development s.Conduct deep market analysis and competitor intelligence to identify emerging opportunitie s.Make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings and market positionin g.Continuously provide market intelligence to stay abreast of trends and shifts in target market s.Procureme ntManage raw material procurement with a strong focus on effective sourcing and risk mitigatio n.Maintain close coordination with production plants and vendors to ensure timely procurement of materials in desired quantities and qualit y.Identify and empanel new raw material sources where appropriate, negotiating pricing and ensuring alignment with procurement policie s.Application Developme ntOversee R&D initiatives aimed at launching new products and enhancing existing product line s.Drive product diversification strategies to meet evolving customer demands and respond to market dynamic s.Sales and Marketi ngLead sales, marketing, and business development teams to expand market presence and customer bas e.Build and nurture strategic relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencer s.Identify and develop new market opportunities, product lines, and geographical expansion area s.People Manageme ntProvide direction and support to teams working on new business opportunities to accelerate deal closure s.Manage sales and business development teams to ensure strong performance and goal alignmen t.Coach, mentor, and develop talent within the organization to foster long-term career growth and organizational capabilit y.
