Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven *Head of Australian KPO* to lead and scale our operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have *5+ years of experience in Australian accounting and tax, a strong understanding of **ATO regulations and compliance, and a proven track record of **managing teams of 40+ professionals*. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Business Growth Lead and manage a *team of 40+ accounting professionals*, ensuring seamless service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with *Australian tax and accounting standards*. Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and enhance client satisfaction. Work closely with senior leadership to align operational goals with business objectives. Operations & Compliance Oversee *end-to-end accounting, tax compliance, payroll, and advisory services* for Australian clients. Ensure adherence to *Australian GAAP, ATO regulations, and industry best practices*. Monitor service quality, manage workloads, and implement process improvements. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all client deliverables. Team Management & Development Recruit, mentor, and train a high-performing team of *accountants and tax professionals*. Conduct performance evaluations and implement professional development programs. Foster a *collaborative and client-focused* work culture. CLient & Stakeholder Management Serve as the *primary point of contact for Australian clients*, ensuring their needs are met. Proactively address client concerns and build strong, long-term relationships. Handle escalations professionally and implement corrective actions when needed. Key Requirements: CA/CPA qualification (Preferred)* with a minimum of *5 years of experience in Australian accounting & tax*. Strong expertise in *Australian taxation, compliance, and financial reporting*. Hands-on experience with *Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Australian payroll systems*. Proven ability to *lead teams of 40+ members*, drive efficiency, and ensure service excellence. Exceptional *leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills*.
