Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Understanding of OEM purchase strategy, Sourcing culture. Understanding of existing customers - (Purchase/SCM/QA/PPC teams) Expert in product costing, commercial terms, Margin statement. Identifying new customers, New Products and planning to convert them to orders. Identifying Existing product, new customers and concerting them to orders. Implementing - Customer Delight Create and implement Company presentation with all potential customers. Regular customer visits, aftermarket dealers and business pull. Interact with Plant QA & PPC for customer related issues for complete resolution. Participate in OFFICE TPM & 5'S. Preferred candidate profile : Must be from Tier 1 supplying to AUTOMOTIVE OEM. Knowledge of Existing OEM automotive Market, Potential Market, Competition & Strategy, aftermarket sales. Only B2B, no B2C experience Age 35-45 Open to 15 days travel, 10 Days at HO. Variable 15 % based on new business generation. Fluent in Soft Skills, ERP & CRM. Good Personality and Presentation skills.
