To ensure the efficient operation of the maintenance department, the primary goal is to facilitate preventive and scheduled maintenance activities, achieve cost savings, and meet safety objectives, thereby preventing any production loss caused by machinery unavailability.
Formulate the maintenance strategy for both the short term and long term for the Plant, ensuring alignment with the comprehensive production plan
Develop a strategy for the efficient consumption and management of utilities, including air, water, electricity, air conditioning, cooling systems, air washers, piping, ducting, and lighting.
Facilitate collaboration with the PE department for the installation and commissioning of new machinery, as well as for repairs throughout the Plant.
Engage in the budgeting process and contribute insights regarding the estimated maintenance costs and other utility expenses.
Lead implementation and enhancement and business excellence initiatives to be undertaken periodically (including ISO, TPM, TQM, etc.)
18~22 years of industry experience in plant maintenance from the aluminum die casting .
Strong knowledge of engineering and maintenance activities including preventive & breakdown maintenance processes
