Role & responsibilities Innovate and Develop: Create and enhance cybersecurity innovations, technical solutions, intellectual properties (IPs), and services to meet market/customer demands or resolve issues. Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver white papers, presentations, and demonstrations for client meetings, industry events, and conferences. Support CoE: Manage the Center of Excellence (CoE) infrastructure, processes, and knowledge management effectively. OEM Solutions: Stay abreast of relevant Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) solutions and tools, fostering joint IP/solution development with OEM partners. Establish best practices for solutioning, documentation, and delivery/presales engagements. Lead Offerings: Oversee cybersecurity offerings and spearhead efforts to establish consulting partnerships in security engineering. Proposal Management: Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for new and next-gen solutions, owning the build of Solution IPs. Client Engagement: Act as the primary customer-facing leader, guiding solution proposal defences and fostering strong client relationships. Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: Bachelors degree in a related field. Experience: 12 to 15 years in cybersecurity with proven expertise in IT and security controls development, compliance readiness, and technical security architecture/design/implementation. Certifications: Recognized security professional certification(s) such as CISSP, CEH, CCSP, GSEC, GIAC, etc. (preferred). Skill Set: Ability to travel up to 30% and work independently. Experience in Agile environments. Exceptional leadership, peer management, and communication skills. Preferred: Management consulting and implementation experience. Technical Competence: Strong understanding of general IT and security controls development, and hands-on experience with compliance readiness and technical security architecture/design/implementation.
