Head - Infra Ops

The role involves defining best-in-class KPI standards and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance end-to-end customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted and smooth services with zero downtime across all network elements, contributing to minimizing operating costs and increasing company revenue. Your role is crucial in monitoring network health, bridging gaps, and ensuring a wow experience for customers at airtel. Key Responsibilities: - Strategically align the team to keep the business updated on network health, strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities. - Collaborate with strategic partners to achieve set KPIs, maintain network availability above 99.95%, and ensure uptime for mobility sites and various network elements. - Coordinate with internal teams and partners to strictly follow processes, conduct audits, and address gaps. - Track and renew Annual Maintenance Contracts to ensure seamless network functionality. - Keep network KPIs in control, benchmark best practices, and deliver best-in-class experience to customers. - Prepare annual operating expense projections, monitor and analyze expenses, and implement cost reduction measures. - Drive internal network teams and business teams to implement winning solutions and features to enhance customer experience. - Control Diesel and Electricity expenses through daily monitoring systems and vendor guidelines. Experience & Skills: - Experience in sign-offs, exclusions, approvals, and solution management. - Strong knowledge of Active and Passive Infra with partner management skills. - Excellent analytical skills and 13+ years of relevant experience in the telecom industry. - Bachelor's degree in engineering and Post-graduation in a related field.
