KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute HR strategy that support the company's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with respective business heads to development, implement and monitor employee engagement programs including performance management objectives. Collaborate with external vendors, as required, to strengthen recruitment ecosystem for effective recruitment including campus hiring. 2. HR Operations: Maintain overall salary with future projections conduct annual salary surveys, incorporate insights from industry practices related to salary increments Maintain Employee records and up-to-date database in compliance with statutory requirements Maintain PF, ESI, Tax in compliance with Government regulations Develop, analyze, and manage companys salary budget Keep Job Descriptions up-to-date aligned with business evolution Benefits Administration Performance Appraisal system along with employee progression Implement and maintain KRAs, KPIs in collaboration with respective business heads Maintain company policies (Travel, Leave, Medical, etc.) in compliance with statutory requirements Maintain relationships with external vendors, systems for effective recruitment Employee on-boarding and off-boarding Creative in implementing & managing employee counseling program + Mentor-Mentee program in collaboration with executive management and business heads Lead employee grievances and be the employee-voice to address these Be a catalyst in driving culture shift towards a positive, fear-free, collaborative and open work environment Lead employee welfare programs 3. Reporting and Compliance: Manage and evolve Employee career progression conduct employee surveys on a regular basis Accountable for implementing all statutory compliance across the company be the spokesperson for the awareness and strictly implementing the same in the work environment External audit of the compliances and fix the gaps, if any Submit compliance report to the executive management on a regular basis 4. Employee Engagement & Development: Employee development programs training, self-development, acquisition of new skills Build a high-performing team in collaboration with business heads Design, implement and monitor employee learning path, employee progress KEY QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 1. Master of Science / MBA in Human Resource Management with a core expertise in: o Organizational Leadership o Leadership Development o Organizational Behavior o Labour Relations o Industrial Relations 2. Minimum 6+ years experience leading HR function 3. Experience in statutory compliances / Labour laws 4. Experience in Payroll management and implementation of Government Tax regulations 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. HEAD - HR 6.
