Head HR Operations (Oswaal Books, Agra)

Experience: 5 - 10 years|CTC: 612 LPA

We’re seeking a data-driven HR operations leader who can combine process excellence with people insight. Someone who can lead a team, use analytics to make smart decisions, and build systems that scale with our fast-growing organization.

Role & responsibilities

Lead the HR operations team managing payroll, compliance, attendance, and HR systems.
Design and monitor dashboards for key HR metrics attrition, engagement, attendance, and performance.
Use data to identify people issues early and drive actionable improvements.
Strengthen HR processes, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance.
Partner with leadership to enhance culture, retention, and employee experience.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of HR operations experience with at least 2 years leading a team.
Strong command of HR data, reports, and analytics.
Track record of building efficient, scalable HR processes.
Process-driven yet people-focused, with excellent communication skills.
