Manage member enrollments and handle policy changes to maintain seamless operations and service delivery. Maintain accurate records for policy issuance and endorsements to ensure proper documentation. Ensure SLA compliance for key processes, meeting deadlines and service commitments consistently. Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while supporting sales by addressing service requests for different accounts. Track and assess team performance, providing feedback and promoting continuous improvement. Lead, mentor, and motivate the team through training to ensure high-quality service and a results-driven culture. Enhance group health insurance offerings by understanding client needs, tracking market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies to optimize operational processes and refine service delivery. Key Skills Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in Group Health Insurance or a similar field, with in-depth knowledge of policy issuance, member enrollment, and claims processing. Excellent skills in execution, communication, and collaboration to drive operational excellence. Strong analytical and strategic mindset to improve processes and optimize performance. Demonstrated leadership ability to guide and motivate teams toward achieving shared objectives.
