Job Description

Strategic Account Management:
Develop and execute long-term strategies for top-tier global clients to ensure client retention, growth, and profitability.
Client Relationship Leadership:
Act as the primary executive contact for global clients, fostering trust and ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges, and growth objectives.
Revenue Growth & Forecasting:
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals within key accounts. Deliver against revenue targets and contribute to business forecasting and planning.
Global Coordination:
Collaborate with regional and functional teams to ensure consistent delivery, messaging, and execution across all client touchpoints globally.
Contract Negotiation & Governance:
Lead high-stakes contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client expectations.
Team Leadership:
Build and mentor a high-performing team of account managers; promote a performance-driven and customer-centric culture.
Market Intelligence:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and global market shifts to proactively address client needs and refine strategic direction.
Reporting & Insights:
Provide regular updates to executive leadership on account performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
