Head-Digital Sales

As a Digital Business Head, your main responsibility will be to generate business through digital and alternative channels such as Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. You will need to establish channels to explore new innovations and potential future growth opportunities for the bank by forming alliances and partnerships with FinTech companies, startups, accelerators, and other relevant entities. Your role will also involve fostering a culture of innovation within the organization. - Ideate, prioritize, and implement ROI-focused innovative concepts and strategic projects to drive customer acquisition, cost savings, revenue generation, improved customer experience, operational efficiencies, employee engagement, and collaboration. - Oversee the development of sustainable digital business offerings in collaboration with relevant business teams, support functions, and stakeholders across the bank. - Lead the implementation of employee-focused digital solutions to enhance engagement and productivity. - Evaluate FinTech companies and startups for viable and ROI-focused solutions. - Create innovative platforms and properties with the support of identified FinTech partners through various innovation initiatives like summits, hackathons, and partnerships with accelerators and institutes. - Conduct customer research in partnership with the marketing team to understand and address current and future customer needs. - Evaluate third-party collaborations for API-based banking solutions. - Establish partnerships with digital solution providers to enhance targeted business metrics such as customer acquisition and employee-focused metrics like engagement scores and productivity. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal solutioning and approvals for product launches and executions. - MBA or equivalent qualification - At least 18 years of experience in banking with a focus on digital channels sales and liabilities management. - Strong business acumen and knowledge of liabilities business and digital channels. - Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas. - Good communication and networking skills.,
