Job Description

The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the companys products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and technologies. The Digital Marketing Head will lead a team of marketing professionals to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring continuous professional development. Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and making data-driven decisions to improve results. Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts. Innovation : Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition. Pre-Requisites Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. A proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns. In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Meta, Google Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more), and content distribution and placement networks Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results Hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts. Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising. Programmatic advertising experience.
