We are seeking an innovative and strategic leader to join as the Head of Digital Marketing and Branding . - The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive branding and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires expertise in brand management, digital marketing, content strategy, and performance marketing to drive revenue and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Management: - Develop and execute a compelling brand strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives. - Maintain brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to. - Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to differentiate from competitors. - Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: - Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across various channels. - Optimize online customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention through digital campaigns. - Lead performance marketing efforts, ensuring optimal ROI for digital spend. - Oversee website optimization, UX, and CRO strategies to enhance user engagement and lead generation. Key Qualifications & Experience: - MBA in Marketing - 12 to 15 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity. - Proven ability to develop and execute successful brand campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies and trends. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
