Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all kitchen staff and activities. Plan and design menus in coordination with management. Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation. Maintain stock control, food cost, and minimize wastage. Train and motivate kitchen staff to perform efficiently. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Coordinate with procurement for fresh and quality ingredients. Introduce new dishes and seasonal menu items. Handle kitchen budgeting and inventory management.
