Role Overview: As a Head Chef at Sahastra Foods And Services PVT. LTD. in Indore, you will play a crucial role in overseeing kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include creating menus and SOP, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes. It will be your duty to maintain hygiene and safety standards, manage inventory, and control costs. Collaboration with other departments is essential to deliver excellent dining experiences.
