Head Chef

Café Bella is a new-age American-style café offering New York–style pizzas, smash burgers, and authentic Buffalo wings. We are looking for a skilled, disciplined, and passionate Continental/Western Cuisine Chef who can independently handle our core kitchen operations with speed, hygiene, and consistency.

The ideal candidate must have professional experience in NY-style pizza making, including hand-stretching dough, managing a deck oven, preparing 10-inch and 12-inch pizzas, and working with mozzarella-cheddar cheese blends. The chef should understand how to achieve a crisp bottom, foldable crust, balanced saucing, and proper topping distribution for New York–style pizzas.

The candidate should also be able to prepare authentic smash burgers using a griddle/flat-top, including proper smashing technique, seasoning, caramelization, cheese melting, and assembling burgers quickly during rush hours.

Strong knowledge of American-style Buffalo wings is essential — including frying wings to a perfect crisp and tossing them in Buffalo, BBQ, and Peri-peri sauces with consistent flavor in every batch.

The chef must maintain kitchen hygiene, coordinate with helpers, manage prep (dough, sauces, toppings), follow Café Bella’s standard recipes, and uphold food quality at all times.
