. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions to clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback. Business Development of Testing Services to Clients Answering client queries on the phone In-person client visits to explain Sipra Services Organizing and attending sales visits Demonstrating and presenting Sipra Services Experience in CRO of Companies is a must Strong negotiating skills Team management . Requirements: Relevant experience in a similar role Proven track record in business development and sales Excellent communication and presentation skills Leadership and team management experience Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Medical Devices industries is a plus.
