Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Target based executions and revenue generation to ensure business profitability.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Reduction in RFQ response time.

Promote the companys services of precision manufacturing

Identify, establish and develop business relations with global customers in Defence, Aerospace & Healthcare .

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers increase SOB with existing customers.

Willingness to travel to meet/establish new customers.

Explore talent to make his reports work in a challenging environment and set up the standards .

Preferred candidate profile

15-20 years of experience in an Aerospace, Defence industries in business development/sales for an Aerospace / Precision manufacturing company.

Excellent knowledge of various BD / Sales functions such as lead generation, lead conversion, Market identification & Long-term manufacturing contracts.

Understanding of precision machining/manufacturing.

Proficiency in MS Office, SAP
