Job Description

Position Title : Head -Brand Communication Duties and Responsibilities Major Role Social media & promotion: Customer Engagement over Social Media Platform Run & Manage Product Campaigns (Design Develop Execute) Manage Brand Building activities over LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc. & Analytics Product Promotion through ATL / BTL Marketing Digital Marketing: Conceptualise lead generation for customer acquisition, MQL & conversion Extensive coordination with field marketing and commercial leads / teams for effective brand campaign execution Organise and co-create Brand Launches along with Portfolio Management & other stakeholders Website Management: Develop & Manage Progressive Website with following key responsibilities for SML group companies: Content Management Introduce Chatbot, AI & evolving interfaces facility Develop & Manage Microsites Content Development & Master Data Management: Content Development for Social Media / Product Promotions / Corporate Branding Customer Data Management (Add / Update) Farmers & Retailers Coordinate with Internal & External Stakeholders Agency, Vendor Management: Frequent interaction with agencies, vendors for POP, Visual Merchandising, Digital Marketing, social media, Brand Campaigns managing interaction, negotiate to the best interest of business Team Management: Leading a virtual cross functional team in terms Brand Communication, Digital Marketing, Managing a 2-member team of digital marketing and creative designers, effectively and guiding them for driving high productivity and efficiency SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Qualification & Experience B.Sc./ M.Sc. /BCom./MCom with MBA/PGDBM in Digital marketing / Mass communication from Premier institute with relevant experience in Social media communication & Digital Content development. Prior extensive experience in managing digital campaigns social media promotion in rural markets and have proven product management/marketing skills. The incumbent should have more than 7 -15 years of strong marketing Communication experience, preferably from Agrochemical / Agri input/ Rural Marketing industry. Good analytical / conceptual / logical skills / Brand Management Exposure. Good Market Connect / Ability to draw customer engagement plans Good Emotional Quotient/ Man Management experience Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office / SAP preferred Fluent in English and local languages.
