Role Overview: As an Associate Director at our company, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our India-based team that delivers comprehensive planning, design, and consultancy services, specifically in the field of Architecture for clients in the UK. Your role will involve taking full responsibility for the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and growth of the Architecture team. You will serve as the primary interface with senior stakeholders to ensure project outcomes align with client and organizational objectives, while fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team specializing in Architecture - Set and drive strategic goals for the unit in alignment with broader organizational objectives - Provide vision and direction for resource management, succession planning, and staff development - Oversee planning and delivery of projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to time, quality, and budgetary standards - Act as a thought leader in Architecture, providing high-level technical oversight and direction - Serve as the senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders, translating complex Architecture insights into actionable recommendations - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, legislation, and emerging trends in Architecture Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of the UK Architecture industry with deep expertise in Architecture - Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex projects and teams in an Architectural consulting capacity - Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and project management methodologies - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational abilities - Proficiency in managing budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation,
