Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing strategic operations management, healthcare operations, clinical coordination, team leadership, workforce management, and multi-location coordination. Your role will involve ensuring operational strategies are aligned with the company's vision, managing daily operations, implementing expansion strategies, coordinating between clinical teams, managing workforce, and standardizing operational processes across all locations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision of making quality eye care accessible and affordable across all 14 locations. - Oversee daily operations of the multi-location eye hospital network, ensuring consistent service quality and operational efficiency. - Drive operational excellence while maintaining cost-effectiveness without compromising technology or patient care standards. - Formulate and execute expansion strategies for new branch openings and service line additions. - Ensure seamless coordination between clinical teams, support staff, and administrative departments across all branches. - Manage integration and optimization of advanced medical technologies, including robotic cataract surgery systems and AI-guided diagnostic equipment. - Implement standardized clinical protocols and best practices across all locations while maintaining the highest patient safety standards. - Oversee patient flow management, appointment scheduling systems, and day surgery operations. - Lead and manage teams across 14 locations comprising 51200 employees, including paramedical staff, administrative personnel, and support teams. - Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure service excellence and patient-centered care. - Foster a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement across all locations. - Collaborate with medical directors and senior surgeons to ensure operational support for clinical excellence. - Standardize operational processes, policies, and procedures across all 14 branches in different cities. - Ensure effective communication and coordination between branches for resource sharing and best practice implementation. - Monitor performance metrics for each location and implement corrective actions where needed. - Manage logistics for inter-branch coordination, including staff mobility and equipment deployment. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory), MBA in Healthcare Management or Operations Management (strongly preferred). - Additional certifications in Healthcare Operations or Hospital Administration (added advantage).
