We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the HDFC Life Insurance ABP Channel Individual team handling profile. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring that team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of Individual Agents in the ABP Channel
Drive sales performance and meet targets set by the organization
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed
Foster a positive team environment to promote collaboration and motivation
Maintain relationships with clients and address their insurance needs effectively
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and set goals

Skills and Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in sales or team management, preferably in the insurance sector
Strong knowledge of life insurance products and market dynamics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing a team
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
