Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a strong background in Management Information Systems (MIS) and intermediate proficiency in Power BI and Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that support business decision-making across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.

• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI – ability to create dashboards, use DAX functions, and manage data models.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel – including pivot tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH and conditional formatting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Optional Qualifications:

• Experience in SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.

• Exposure to automation tools like Power Automate or VBA is an advantage.

• Prior experience in a corporate or shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports to support operational and strategic decision making.

• Create and manage Power BI dashboards and visualizations to present data insights effectively.

• Perform data analysis using Excel functions, pivot tables, and formulas.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.

• Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes.

• Support ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive analysis as needed.

• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business improvements.
