Objective : To achieve 3 dumper trips per hour with a 3 km lead. Role & responsibilities Coordinate and motivate the team to achieve optimal trip targets. Identify high-performing dumper and grader operators and respective trainers. Replace and train underperforming operators to meet benchmark speeds. Monitor daily performance reports for dumper, grader, and loader operators. Communicate repairs and maintenance requirements to the shift controller.
