About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation, networking, and camera infrastructure systems. The role involves working on CCTV hardware, networking protocols, PLCs, SCADA, and DCS systems, ensuring smooth integration, testing, commissioning, and long-term system reliability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and Development of instrumentation systems and hardware solutions.
• Install, configure, and test CCTV systems and associated hardware, including networking and camera infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain system performance, reliability, and uptime through regular monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Support installation and maintenance of networking protocols, hardware, and camera systems.
• Configure and optimize TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and other network protocols for seamless connectivity.
• Conduct system diagnostics and performance tests, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with existing IT and security infrastructure.

Required skills and competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Computer Engineering (or related field).
• Strong hands-on experience with CCTV, camera infrastructure, and networking hardware.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and networking protocols.
• Experience in system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain hardware and surveillance systems.
