Ensure development of electrical and electronic circuits considering timing, cost and quality
Independent development of complex electrical and electronic circuits with a high novelty level
Independently plans, processes and documents all theoretical and practical investigations to secure the hardware
Independent implementation of all necessary calculations and simulations on component and circuit level as well as evaluation and consulting of hardware developers
Representation of all circuit engineering issues in the application of safety engineering methods
Creation of hardware concepts and examination of all specification documents regarding feasibility and hardware costs and implementation of capacity and cost planning
Management of complex internal electronics development projects
Series projects: independently conducts reviews, releases hardware as well as related documents
Defines design rules for circuit design
Conducts market researches on complex electrical and electronic components and evaluates their applicability
Conducts benchmark studies and derives actions from them

Your Profile

A university degree with a regular study period of up to 4 years e.g. electrical engineering
6 years in the area of vehicle electronics development
Profound knowledge of electrical and thermal circuit design and simulation
Profound knowledge of electronic components
Profound EMC knowledge
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies
Profound knowledge of development tools in the automotive industry
Knowledge in project management
