Basic Qualifications Master of Science in Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent program Experience in electronic hardware development. Strong teamwork, and excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently. Extensive hands-on experience with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, signal generators. Preferred Qualifications Experienced in industrial or automotive (preferred) area (TIER1...) Solid understanding with embedded electronics design constraints Familiar with system/component design, EE architecture topologies and safety Knowledge of applicable safety standards including ISO 26262, Euro NAP, and other regulations, industry benchmarks and customer requirements Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Belt certification. Solid understanding of system/component design Familiar with vehicle bus: ETH/CAN FD/LIN/LVDS communication protocols and troubleshooting tools. Justified experience in EMI/EMC design, test and troubleshooting. Justified experience in thermal management for ECU embedded electronics. Being able to support/handle more than one expertise domain as a plus Critical Character Traits to Ensure Success Ability to think outside-the-box in high pressure situations and to multi-task. Detail oriented problem-solver and Self-confident/empowered to deliver on a daily basis. Self-starter with the ability to work independently given minimal supervision/direction. This includes requesting assistance from and likewise providing assistance to team members regardless of the topic is related to your assigned work set. Respect and understanding of the Customer/Supplier relationship while embracing partnership. Ability to present concepts/strategies/project status to large groups.
