Role Description:

"Hardline Engineer"

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Inline, Midline, and Final quality inspections for hardline products.

- Perform product performance and safety testing as per client and standard requirements.

- Ensure adherence to AQL standards and maintain proper inspection documentation. 

- Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to factories.

- Collaborate with QA teams and suppliers to maintain consistent product quality.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of QA/QC experience in Furniture, Electronics, or Lighting inspection.

- Any bachelor's degree and or Diploma is Mandatory 

- Strong understanding of AQL standards and testing protocols.

- Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools.

- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

- Valid Passport is Mandatory and flexible to travel across Pan India and overseas locations.
