The ideal candidate for this role must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a specialization in Instrumentation, Computer Science, or Electronics. Proficiency in Yokogawa ICS/SCADA environments, Windows OS Patch Management, AV Management, Whitelisting, and system hardening is required. Key skills for this position include expertise in IT Security, backup solutions deployment, strong communication and documentation skills, understanding of hardware and software testing requirements, knowledge of Virtualization, and experience in setting up VMs using Hyper-V and VMware. As a Validation Specialist at Yokogawa, your responsibilities will include validating Microsoft Security Updates and Anti-virus definition files with Yokogawa process control software, generating monthly reports, creating Custom Validation Procedures, and defining Best Practices in testing environments. You will also be responsible for installing Windows Server & workstations with RAID Configurations, setting up Yokogawa systems for monthly validation in Physical and VM environments, configuring Antivirus Server/Client setups, and conducting monthly security validations of assigned Yokogawa Products.
