Job Description: Haptic Realities is looking for a passionate and experienced Motion Graphics Faculty to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over the Adobe Creative Suite , with proficiency in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics , and a good understanding of UI/UX principles . Knowledge of 3D tools (like Blender) will be considered a plus. As a faculty member, you will train and mentor students, deliver high-quality sessions, and help them build industry-ready portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Deliver in-depth classroom and online training sessions on Graphic Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and UI/UX concepts. Guide students in developing real-time creative projects and professional portfolios. Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices. Prepare course content, assignments, and evaluation materials. Provide one-on-one mentorship to students to support their creative growth. Coordinate with the academic and production team to align training with industry needs. Requirements: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) Strong knowledge of Graphic Design fundamentals , branding, typography, layout, and color theory. Experience in video editing and motion graphics creation. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and wireframing tools. Prior teaching/training experience is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of 3D software (e.g., Blender) is an added advantage.
