You are invited to join our team as a Senior Manager in Customer Service at an international freight forwarding company located in Noida. The position offers a competitive CTC ranging from 4 LPA to 6 LPA and requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. A Graduate degree is required, while an MBA is preferred. As a Senior Manager in Customer Service, your responsibilities will include having a thorough understanding of customer service operations and Incoterms. You will be responsible for daily coordination with overseas agents for DAP & DDP shipments, as well as ensuring seamless communication with various departments to provide timely updates and reports to customers. Your role will involve addressing customer queries and internal team issues via email and phone calls, actively tracking shipments, maintaining regular communication with shipping lines and co-loaders, and independently managing pre- and post-shipment documentation. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing daily shipment reports for tracking purposes and assisting in providing rate quotations to customers under the guidance of pricing and sales personnel. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work in Noida.
