Job Title: Hair Weaver/Dresser Company: DERMECARE HAIR CENTER Location: Andheri West Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative Hair Weaver/Dresser to join our hair styling team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in various hair styling techniques, with a particular focus on hair weaving, extensions, and natural hair care. You will be responsible for consulting with clients, recommending styles, and delivering high-quality hair services that enhance their appearance and confidence. Key Responsibilities: Perform hair weaving and extension services using different techniques (e.g. clip, glue, tape, fusion, etc.). Provide general hairdressing services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment. Consult with clients to understand their preferences, hair conditions, and style goals. Recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care products based on client needs. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of tools and workstation. Keep up with current hair trends, tools, and techniques. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering consistent and high-quality service. Educate clients on proper hair maintenance and aftercare. Manage appointment scheduling and client records. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a hair center, studio or salon. Proven experience as a hair weaver, hair stylist, or hair dresser Certification from a recognized cosmetology or hair styling program Excellent knowledge of hair products and hair care techniques Strong interpersonal and communication skills Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics Ability to work flexible hours including weekends Preferred Skills: Experience with hair cutting, wig customization, and hair coloring. Knowledge of scalp care and hair loss solutions. Familiarity with different hair textures, especially natural and Indo-textured hair. Benefits: Competitive salary.
