We are actively hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter who can independently handle the end-to-end marketing of consultants on bench and work closely with our sales and recruiting team. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, US Citizens, H4 EAD, etc.) to Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners. Maintain and grow relationships with prime vendors and clients. Source new requirements daily through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and vendor networks. Negotiate rates and close positions efficiently. Track submissions, interviews, and follow-ups effectively. Maintain a pipeline of open requirements and hotlist consultants. Report daily status updates to the team 🔹 Requirements: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Bench Sales recruiting . Strong network with Tier 1 vendors, clients, and staffing partners. Experience working with US Citizens, GC, H1B, H4-EAD, OPT/CPT candidates. Familiarity with job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed) and social platforms like LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp groups . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Should be available to work in US time zones (EST/CST preferred) . Should be self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
