Study and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings to prepare detailed and accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) Estimate quantities and rates for civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and low-voltage systems Fill BOQ rates as per client specification, market pricing, and site conditions Prepare item-wise cost estimates for budgeting and tendering Work with vendors and procurement to ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing Assist in preparing technical and commercial bids Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements Support the project team in variation claims, cost control, and billing (client & subcontractor) Maintain cost records, and support in post-contract commercial activities Role & responsibilities
