Role Description Support the merchant banking team in advisory, IPO & capital market transactions. Ensure compliance with SEBI/IRDA/CMA regulations and corporate governance standards. Draft, review and maintain statutory records, minutes, resolutions for issuers and clients. Assist in preparation of board materials, disclosures, filings for IPOs, SME IPOs, mergers & acquisitions. Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, auditing, listing) for smooth transaction flow. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely implementation of changes. Liaise with exchanges, SEBI, registrars, and officials for listing, compliance and filings. Qualifications Thorough knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory compliance, and governance practices Skills in documentation, report preparation, and record management Strong abilities in communication, stakeholder engagement, and professional correspondence Proficiency in legal and financial analysis to ensure compliance with statutory requirements Detail-oriented mindset with an ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all operations Possession of a Company Secretary (CS) qualification is essential Bachelor's degree in law or commerce is a plus Experience with corporate governance in the financial sector is preferred
