Job Title: Gym Trainer (Male & Female) Company: Workout Plus Gym Location: J P Nagar 8th Phase Bengaluru Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 20k to 25k + Attractive Incentives up to 15k Job Summary: Workout Plus Gym Company is seeking a passionate and certified Gym Trainer (Male & Female) to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in fitness training and possess a recognized certification in personal training or fitness coaching. This role involves guiding clients through personalized workout plans, ensuring proper technique, and motivating them to achieve their fitness goals. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement customized workout programs based on client needs and fitness levels. Demonstrate safe and effective exercise techniques and correct client posture and form when necessary. Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress. Offer nutritional and lifestyle advice aligned with client goals. Maintain a clean and safe workout environment. Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey. Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Gym Trainer or Personal Trainer. Certified in fitness training from a recognized institution Strong knowledge of exercise science, body mechanics, and nutrition basics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Energetic, positive, and client-focused attitude.
