Supervise daily site activities and ensure quality of construction as per architects drawings & specifications. Coordinate with contractor and labour teams for timely execution of work. Manage material requirements: Take material requests from contractor. Place orders with approved suppliers by phone. Visit market/vendors when required to procure materials. Maintain proper stock records at site. Keep daily accounts of material purchased, payments made, and labour requirements. Provide regular updates and expense reports to the owner. Ensure timely delivery of materials so work is not delayed. Requirements: ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Civil (preferred) OR strong practical experience as Site Supervisor/Foreman. Must have handled stilt + multi-floor residential or commercial projects . Knowledge of building materials, suppliers, and market rates in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR. Good at basic accounting (cash/expenses/material records) . Strong organizational skills, reliable and proactive.
