Our commitment to excellence in reproductive healthcare makes us a leader in the field, dedicated to helping families fulfill their dreams of parenthood.Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad MeerutExperience: 3-8+ years in healthcare preferably in IVF or HealthcareReports To: FoundersRoles and Responsibilities:Business Growth: Drive strategic tie-ups with doctors across cities to boost business expansion.Strategic Planning: Identify new center locations to enhance market reach and brand visibility.Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics to shape effective strategies.OPD Tie-Ups: Establish and manage OPD partnerships to drive patient footfall and meet sales targets.Doctor Referrals: Foster strong relationships with doctors to encourage patient referrals and business growth.Offline Marketing: Plan, execute, and manage offline marketing activities (hoardings, print ads, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and deliver results.Camps & CMEs: Organize health camps, CMEs, and outreach events to increase brand awareness.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's in business administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- Experience:3-8+ years in business development or sales, ideally in healthcare or IVF.Skills- Ability to forge strong relationship with doctors and other practitioners in new territories.- Proven ability to drive initiatives to successful completion and achieve business objectives.- Ability to interpret market data and provide actionable insights.
