We're the parents of Adu and Nayu, and we've started a YouTube channel for them! To help it grow, we're looking for a skilled YouTube Manager to handle the strategy and day-to-day management. What you'll do: · Plan the content calendar and brainstorm video ideas. · Optimize all videos for SEO (titles, descriptions, tags). · Design/create compelling thumbnails. · Analyze performance and use data to grow the channel. · Engage with our community in the comments. We're looking for someone who: · Has proven experience growing YouTube channels (share your work!). · Knows YouTube SEO and analytics inside and out. · Is creative, responsible, and understands family-friendly content. · Can work independently.
