Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Testing professional with 7-14 years of experience to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in testing and quality assurance, with a strong background in the employment firm industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Protractor, Jasmine, and Mocha.
Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for web applications.
Analyze test results, document defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases and test plans.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in software testing, focusing on Guidewire Testing.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Selenium, and Postman.
Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with JIRA and Service Now.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage a team of 7 to 9 members and connect with client teams to resolve blockers and impediments.
Hands-on experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working in a Safe Agile methodology is preferred.
Experience in the Insurance/Property and Casualty domain is preferred.
Ready to work in a 12 PM to 9:30 PM IST schedule.
