Key Responsibilities: - Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs - Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution - Collaborate with stakeholders for effective delivery - Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards - Engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation - Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training - Recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation for enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients Qualifications Required: - 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire Configuration / Integration - Platform Upgrade Experience - Hands-on experience with GOSU, Web Services, and XML - Ability to understand GW Integration / Configuration concepts - Design and develop Guidewire Integration Components / Configure PC or BC or CC - Write GOSU code - Ability to perform estimation of work products - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domains - Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools - Certification in Guidewire - Specialist / ACE / Cloud certifications Additional Details: - Education: BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university - Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata Note: Benefits include work-life balance and the opportunity to work with a Big 4 company.,
