Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical aspects of Guidewire implementation projects for global customers - Collaborate with onsite coordinators and project teams to ensure successful project delivery - Mentor and guide project team members in project execution - Provide regular status reports to managers and onsite coordinators - Engage with customer representatives when required - Maintain a quality culture and manage performance of direct reports - Foster teamwork, provide training, and mentor project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives Qualifications Required: - BE/BTech/MCA with 3 to 7 years of industry experience - Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration - Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and Commercial Lines of Business - Proficiency in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and Enterprise Messaging Systems - Strong knowledge of Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic - Real-time experience in enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain - Familiarity with software development best practices - Excellent business communication and leadership skills - Prior experience in client-facing roles Additional Company Details: EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society, while fostering trust in the capital markets.
