Key Responsibilities: - Work as a Technical Lead in the Technology Consulting team, focusing on various Guidewire implementation projects globally. - Lead technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects as a team leader. - Communicate effectively with onsite coordinators and customer representatives. - Plan and monitor project deliverables, mentor project team members, and provide regular status reports. - Demonstrate expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration, Property & Casualty Insurance, and Commercial Lines of Business. - Utilize Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and Enterprise Messaging Systems. - Possess strong knowledge of Tomcat, Websphere/Weblogic, enterprise system integration, and software development best practices. - Display excellent business communication skills and leadership qualities. - Participate in performance management, teamwork building, and mentoring of project resources. - Engage in organization-wide people initiatives to foster a quality culture. Qualification Required: - BE/BTech/MCA degree with 3 to 7 years of industry experience. - Demonstrable experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration and Property & Casualty Insurance. - Proficiency in Commercial Lines of Business and ISO Standard Based Templates. - Strong technical skills in Java, JEE, XML, Web Services, SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and Enterprise Messaging Systems. - Experience with Tomcat, Websphere/Weblogic, and enterprise system integration, preferably in the Insurance domain. - Familiarity with software development best practices and prior client-facing experience. - Preferred experience in Guidewire implementations and upgrades within the Insurance sector.
