Guidewire BA- Associate

Role Overview: At PwC, as a Guidewire consulting generalist, your main focus will be to provide consulting services for Guidewire software solutions. You will utilize your in-depth knowledge of Guidewire applications to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support specifically tailored to Guidewire software. You are expected to be a reliable member of a team, adapting to working with various clients and team members in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client requirements to understand their needs - Review estimates and suggest updates for project improvements - Design and develop solutions according to client specifications in a timely manner - Support testing processes and address client queries promptly - Interface and communicate effectively with the onsite team - Participate in scrum calls, providing regular status reports - Engage in Center of Excellence (CoE) activities, trainings, and recruitment efforts as required - Possess a good understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and have experience in operational areas such as New Business, Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing - Must have experience in Guidewire Product Full Suite or CC/PC/BC, with exposure in Integration - Develop high impact presentations for internal and external customers - Build and maintain client relationships, able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders - Contribute to Insurance CoE in driving proposal activities, building knowledge capsules, and imparting training - Evaluate technology solutions from a holistic and business value perspective - Experience/Exposure in Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/MS/MCA/MBA degree - 3 to 10 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in English, both oral and written - Preferred skills include proficiency in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain, Guidewire Product Suite, Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology, solution evaluation, client relationship building, impactful presentations development, willingness to travel globally, and contribution to Insurance CoE and training initiatives.,
