Guest Service Associate

Job Description

We are hiring a Guest Service Associate (GSA) for our café and lounge located in Meerut. The role requires providing professional and efficient service to guests and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and on time.
• Provide menu information and answer guest questions regarding food and drinks.
• Ensure tables are cleaned, set, and maintained properly throughout service hours.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards in the dining area.
• Handle guest concerns courteously and assist in resolving issues.
• Support billing and payment processes as required.
• Assist the service team during peak hours for smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a GSA, Steward, or Waiter in a restaurant, café, lounge, or bar.
• Good communication and guest-handling skills.
• Presentable appearance with a positive and professional attitude.
• Hotel Management diploma or equivalent experience is preferred but not mandatory.
