Guest Service Associate

As a Guest Service Associate in the Food Service department at our thriving company specializing in operating Industrial Canteens and maintaining Industrial Facilities in various locations in Madhya Pradesh, your role will be crucial in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our clients and their employees through our industrial food service. Your excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key in driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Check the quality and quantity of meals before dispatch to client cafeterias. - Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely food delivery. - Assist in the setup of the food counter area. - Serve food professionally while adhering to service standards. - Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns. - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food counter area. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation in any field or equivalent. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. - Knowledge of banquet service etiquette and procedures. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
