Guest Relations Host/Executive

You will be representing Curry & Hops, a modern restaurant and microbrewery concept by Chandi Hospitality Group. Your role as a Guest Relations Host/Executive in Mohali will involve the following responsibilities: - Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth seating experience. - Maintain high standards of hospitality, guest satisfaction, and service excellence. - Coordinate with service teams to handle VIPs, special requests, and guest concerns. - Promote our signature beers, seasonal brews, and menu offerings with confidence. - Manage guest feedback, respond promptly, and ensure issues are resolved professionally. - Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic front-of-house atmosphere. - Support marketing activities such as special events, brewery tours, and guest engagements. To excel in this role, you should ideally have: - Previous experience in Guest Relations/Hostess/Front Desk roles preferred. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Friendly, polished, and professional attitude at all times. - Ability to multitask and stay calm during rush hours. - Basic computer skills for handling POS/reservation software.
